Workout help? im 16 years old. want bigger chest?
well, im 16 and 135 pounds, 5’7” or 5’8”. im pretty fit. i have been weight training for a year or 2. i have abs, and have a little definition in my chest. i want a bigger chest, so what can i do to make that happen? i want the definition, but still the strength as well. kinda going for that “v” kinda shape. just want a bigger chest though. when i work out my chest i usually do pushups, and pushups where my feet are on a chair, so i can work my upper chest, and decline press(90-110lbs). when i use my universal gym some days, i do bench press, i usually do 100lbs 4 reps, then 90 lbs 6 reps, then 80 8 reps. so, how can i change that to get a bigger chest. i also do other workouts, so my body is proportionate. lol, all one of my friends does is work his chest, and he is all hunched over lol. so help? thanks. 
. ps. i just finishes a fitness course in school, so i have a good understanding of how to do a lot of exercises. i just dont have a lot of equipment in my house.
go to your school gym. the best way to bulk up is using free weights because they will not only work the chest, but they will work all the secondary muscles as well. to get the bigger bulk you will need to work out fewer reps and sets, but with more weight. instead of doing 3 sets, do 1-2. raise the weight and keep the reps around the same.
