
What are some good exercises to do when your fasting?
I’m 100 pounds overweight and have a big appetite but last week I met a guy I like and now I decided I will only eat when I’m hungry. It’s been four days and I don’t feel hungry yet. I read that schiozphrenic patients are instructed to walk for 3 hours without stopping when they fast. I know that you should not try to build muscle when your not eating any kind of nutrients or health… so stair climbing is out of the question. Right now, I walk to school an hour away from my house and walk back home, jog for an hour in a fitness class, I also have 3 twenty minute pilate video tapes for the legs, abs, and arms… which I thought I could do for 2 hours and yoga train for half an hour a day.
