24 Hour Fitness question??
I just joined 24 Hour Fitness today, and I am interested in doing their 24Cycle (spinning) class. I was wondering if anyone has taken it and knows what to expect? I have an average level of physical fitness, I run frequently and lift weights but am looking for a different cardio workout occasionally. Thanks!
Spinning is a great cardio class. The class really depends on the teacher though. The best piece of advice I can give you is to go at your own pace. For some they go in and can stand up and keep up with the class from day one. Others need time to get their body up to par. On average you will burn about 600 calories in the hour so it is a great use of time!!
