I live in South Orange County, CA and I can’t find a prenatal fitness or workout class. Know of a good one?
I’ve looked online for days and can’t find anything in my city or the surrounding area. I’m only 11 weeks pregnant and want a safe way to workout and stay in shape. All I can find are stroller or walking classes and I would prefer something a little more difficult. Please help! Thanks!
StrollerStrides is cool if i was like 60. I want something more physically challenging, not just basic cardio (i have the ok from my doctor).
I live in Florida and I can’t believe you can find prenatal fitness classes behind the Orange Curtain. I did a quick search and found a few links. I am sure if I dug deeper I would find more.
I lived in South Orange County for years in Aliso Viejo and I am sure if I was there I would find this very easily. I gave you a few links and hope these can send you in the right direction.
