Diet and Fitness People. I’m at my wits End!?
Ok so
i’m a normal 16 yr old female and i weigh 158 pounds. For a while I was 185 and I got down to 145. I am small boned so I think I can make it to 115. I run on a stairstepper (octane fitness) for 3-5 miles a day. I rarely eat more than 1000 calories. I try to stick to organic products or have my mom/lil sister cook for me. We rarely eat out.I DO NOT ever eat after 7 o clock. I don’t know what happened because when I got to 145, my weight just plateued and I slowly and steadily began to gain the weight back. I really don’t know what else to do…
I was taught that eating less than 1000 calories was bad and that’s not enough for your body. The normal low is 1200 calories, but I’m not an expert on that.
Hitting a plateau is normal. This usually means that your body is used to how your working it out and you need to up the intensity or go and do another type of exercise. If you’ve been doing a lot in the gym, why not try to go play basketball with friends or rollerblade. A plateau means you need to mix things up. So that might be your problem.
