yes i know… workout right? Well ive been working out and nothings happening. Im getting a little toned but thats it.
i eat a lot of calories every day, and not junk food either.
im also very skinny, i have very low body fat but i cant get a six pack and i cant get a chest like that
Just keep working out, don’t get disappointed. Stay motivated! You can get like that, it takes time, you said you already have low body fat, so you can get defined like that, just keep working out and doing what your doing.
I don’t know what your workout routine is, but make sure you get plenty of rest and work hard. Take whey protein after a workout, make sure you get enough protein in your diet, it takes time to build muscle.
