
good exercise routine for gluteus maximus?
what’s a good way for me to work out my butt, aside from running? i’ve never been good at cardio workouts (i have this innate fear of falling off the treadmill if i run on it
)
i’ve been calorie counting (at about 1300/day) and i mainly lift weights, and do exercises with my big fitness ball…but i’d like to know if there’s another good way of losing some of the fat off my behind….
