I think im overdosing Vitamins A and D? Help?
Hi im 16 and im a fitness freak =) i take a cod liver capsule in the morning with 100% Vitamin A and D. Then i may eat some nuts high in Vitamin D so thats like another 100% then fish with more vit D. Then salads like cucumbers and tomatoes and carrots with Vitamin A.
( all this including a balance of all other vitamins and minerals. and regular exercise)
Am i dangerously overdosing here ive been doing this for quite a while. what are the effects of overdosing these two vitamins? and symptoms?
This may be false but i heard it can reduce your lifespan by like 20%.

This diet is spread throughout the day
See your doc for advice but remember this pneumonic: ADE are the fat soluble vitamins. Meaning they can not be washed out of the body easily like the rest of the water soluable vitamins.
Ask yourself do you need all the extra vitiamins? Are you eating a healthy diet?
Check with your doc or parents to discuss this.
