Bigger, firmer breasts?
i started execising about 2 weeks ago….attending fitness classes. but i noticed that my breasts are getting a bit smaller. it is not something i want as i am more than ok with my size now. the thing is i don’t want to give up exercising (it’s mostly aerobics and step as i need to work on my legs and waist but somehow it gets to my bust as well). also because of all the stressfull periods during college examinations my wheight fluctuated and my breasts kinda lost to gravity a bit. i really want that firm bust and i’m working on my pecs daily. i also heard about ice massage and cold showers to improve thightness of the skin. do they really work or is it a tale? and what about getting them a bit bigger with no surgery or pills? i know they’re fatty but is there any way?
breasts are really made from fat. either eat more lol or start taking birth control with high amount of hormones in them. that’s the only way. only other thing that plays a factor in breast growth is genes. you lost them the first time because you are losing weight – which i mentioned before, breasts are made of fat.
