help?

Goodlife is a great club, but don’t over do it…personal trainers want to see results so they push you. Know your limits and refuse to extend yourself beyond them Also check on the qualifications of the trainer. There are plenty of students in some related field who call themselves trainers while they are only beginning at school. I have had many who evade the truth so effectively they don’t consider this mis-leading or a lie. Look for a certified kinesiologist…they have the training to understand in depth the muscles and how they work, so this makes them better qualified to strength train you esp. at 15. At your age you body and bone structure is still growing, so l would not go about lifting weights other than the lightest for toning…never building mass or strength…Your skeleton fram has not finished growing, so you can seriously damage you body if you start now.
Going to your gym class at school and joining track and field or some other activity is plenty, so this is really not needed at your age.
However, since you have joined, l would be very easy on yourself, particularly around the weights. If you buy the book The Zone it gives you everything you need for healthy eating for life.
