
How many calories should I use when I’m in the fitnesscenter for loosing weight?
I am 22, 5,1 and 112 Ilbs. I would like to loose about 5 kilos. I know it sounds a little nuts, but I’m very petite and really do have to much fat for my body. I don’t know hove many calories I should aim to loose when I’m working out. I work out 3-4 times a week and eat healthy – lots of vegetables and hardly any sugar. I just can’t seem to get rid of the fat around my belly!! Can anyone help?
start or increase weight training. focus on your abs while weight training, also your back. also your calorie intake per day should be around 1792 with a weight of 112 lbs lower the intake to lose more weight. but if your liftting weights remember your muscles need to eat or they will begin to eat themselves
