Cant Decide The Pros and Cons between Shotokan And Wing Chun.?

I’d be grateful if the experienced martial artists on answers could help myself narrow down the pros and cons in my list,as my head is all over the place and I’m now indecisive.

About me.

I’m 50yrs old and haven’t trained in 17yrs, Karate ( orange belt ) Judo ( brown belt )I’m 18st have high blood pressure and completely unfit but would like to return to martial arts but cant decide between shotokan and wing chun.

Wing chun class is £7 per lesson payg or £40 per month 12mth contract unlimited training 5 days a week, but is a train journey to the city centre and a 20 minute walk.

I feel wing chun would be good for self defence.

Shotokan class is £25 per month unlimited training 4 days a week with each class either 10min or 20min walk from my house depending on venue.

I feel shotokan would be good for fitness.

As I’d like both self defence and fitness I cant decide ,please help.

Both can be good. The question is which has the better instructor? Which is less likely to be a belt mill type of setup? And then the bottom line is which one would you be more likely to go to on a regular basis, and stick to it? Only you can answer of find the answers to these.
