What is the best yoga mat available.?
I just started doing aerobics and a fitness/workout DVD and I’m finding it way too hard on my knees and elbows to do it on the carpet…not to mention slipping like crazy. I hear so many people complain about the mats they buy and I’m wondering what is a really good mat and where can I get it? Thanks
