how to lose weight and keep fitness up?
hey there, i am 5,9 and weigh 180lbs.My thighs are pretty big and i have got a belly. i am going on holiday for 2 months and was wondering if i could loose 5-10lbs in that time and keep my fitness up (i wont just loose this and stop). this is because i am on a swimming team.I stopped 2months ago and wanted to carry on but just havent been bothered. I need to keep up my fitness up in the holidays so i can get into shape. I was thinking of going to the gym for 2 hours a day and eating healthly… is it possible to loose this much weight (5-10lbs) in the period i need to loose it in? and is there any exersize to reccomend?
Besides lifting, do Cardio as well.
