Me and my friend left our stuff over night in the locker room with our lockers two days ago, and not only us, everybody did this …. There was no sign-don’t live your staff over night …Certainly if you don’t have a locker it can’t be safe…
But when we came today all the lockers were broken and all the t-shirts, snickers , towels and etc-everything was on the floor in one huge pile…. LA Fitness did it just because it’s suddenly occured to them we are not supposed to leave our stuff over night… even with lockers… Of course I couldn’t find my new snickers for 80 $ , there was absolutly nothing left…. I’m shocked, my friend too, and we don’t know who do we need to complain to and what to do… We are going to talk to the manager tomorrow , because we’ve been late today and nobody was there….I mean we paid 300 $ for personal trainer together and than 220 $ each for membership…And now we are not sure we want to go there anymore ..
Sounds like high school all over again. I personally recommend 24 Hour Fitness over any gym.
If I were you, I’d take it to the general manager, demand the money back for the trainer and membership. The reason: Incompetency, unprofessional, and unethical. Tell them you understand that they are trying to enforce a rule but treating their clients like little kids will not do it. Say you refuse their service and they do not deserve your money for their bull. And make a point that you are paying them money and they had no right to break your lockers and destroy or put your properties in risk of theft.
