Bodybuilders and Figures + Fitness Diet?
Anyone else doing a pre-contest diet for Bodybuilding or Figures or Fitness? I forgot how I felt last year when I did my first contest and the diet 6 weeks before! God, I’m ready to rob a bakery AND a chocolate factory. Any tips that I’m missing on dealing with the low energy level?
