i have some more questions
–know about safety precautions for workouts and weight training
–describe the overload principale and ways in which u can apply it.
–three principles of trainig used to develop a personal fitness program,define them and describe the deffirence between them
–list several benefits of exercices?

I think that the overlad principle is doing several different exercses on the same group of muscles to work them until you can’t do any more. Like doing three different exercises that work the different areas of your back and your biceps till you’re “dead”. You’ll be real sore in the morning but it means the workout worked. But don’t work them same muscles constantly, give at least a days rest period.
You gotta plan your routines, be prepared and know what you’re trying to accomplish; be dedicated to sticking with them and finishing them out, not pussing out because you’re tired and sore and getting in their just doing it; being patient and not looking for drastic results right away.
The benefits are looking better, getting toned and improving your aura; feeling better, it strengthens your heart and promotes better blood flow throughout the body, getting stronger, its a good release of stress.
