Which Fitness dvd is the best out at the moment!?
I am considering buying a fitness video and was wondering what poeples opinions were on which are the best?
I’m not looking for weight loss so much as just toning and shaping. I don’t want to buy one like Natalie Cassidy’s which wasn’t so much responsible for her dramatic body change as crazy diet was!
If anyone has recently bought a fitness dvd – which one was it and how are you getting on with it?
The “Biggest Loser” ones are very popular and offer a pretty intense workout. I’ve done Jillian Michaels ’30 Day Shred’ and that was VERY intense. She’s a great trainer…
