tracy anderson fitness dance aerobics dvd?
anyone tried this fitness video,just wondering if all the talk of her different approach is worth trying
Of course I haven’t tried it, I just put it in the same useless category of womens fad excercise DVDs.
EXCERCISE IS EXCERCISE!!!!!!!!! wether you call it ultra dance aerobics, ultra tae bo kick class, boxcercise, salsacise, jumproundlikealoonacise, it is all the same, it is just a different way to get your heart rate pumping!
I’m sorry if I sound negative on this but if you really want to try something, then tailor a cardio program around your own individual body and interests. Do you like running? Or swimming? Then do that, if not, do something else, you are more likely to succeed and keep at it.
