help me make a fitness routine?
I’m 19 years old, about 5’3′ and 115-120 lbs. I want to lose about 10-15 pounds. What would be a good fitness routine for me? Also, any diet ideas? I’m not trying to be crazy thin or anything, it’s just about time I start taking care of myself. Right now I run about 30 min on the treadmill, do the elliptical for 10 min, the bike for 10 min, then some machines (the leg press and one that works inner thighs) and situps. I want to tone my legs mostly. Thanks for any and all help!!
