Can someone help me get a six pack with these specifications of me?please help i want to be fit and impress?
i am 13,(14 in 2 months),i wiegh like 160-180 pounds,and im like 5 or 6 feet tall,i mainly want to get a six pack and pecks because those are the hardest muscles to gain in my opinion, i want to know some exersices that dont involve like running or swimming because i have asthma and i get bored easy id like a way to get it with only like excersices i could do at home,and if there if theres a way better chance kind of workout machine is there a way i can make it,i saw a bali fitness ball on tv the people excersize with i figured i could like make it by using a box with a pillow over it,if anyone can help thanks so much if i find it verry helpfull info ill make it the best answer,thanks,oh and i wanted at least a tiny bit of results before my birthday on nov.4
Firstly, there is a huge difference between 160 and 180 lbs especially at your height.
I’m 5 11 at 183 and some days have four or six showing (pretty lean and heavy). I believe you have some cardio to do to losing yourr body fat. I’m sure you’re aware of your BMI – we won’t go there.
How to get a six pack?
You need to lose some weight and reduce your body fat.
Increase your lean mass – to show abs you must have muscles (there are many skinny kids out there without abs)
Cardio gets you lean and weight training gets big muscles. Do some amount of both.
If you love pizza, pork or ice cream forget it. At your age, go outside and play, ask again in 3 years.
