I’m going swimming 4 or more times a week, how often should I wash my hair?
I’m going swimming like Mondays, Tuesdays,Wednesday, and Fridays. (Lessons and aqua fitness). People say you can’t wash your hair every day, will my hair get fried…I’m getting a haircut and want to keep it nice and healthy and people say swimming caps don’t really work. If I use a swimming shampoo, this will kinda stink for the hair routine I created for myself.
Actually, you probably CAN wash your hair everyday, assuming that you’re a teenager/young adult. Experts recommend not washing hair everyday for older adults because it strips the hair of its natural oils, but as a teenager, most girls’ hair produces more than enough oil. Using a conditioner and not blow-drying the hair also helps with damage-control.
