can you go to 24 Hour Fitness alone if you are only 13?
okay so i want to lose atleast 10lbs, and i’m starting to eat healthy but i read online that only eating healthy to lose weight will leave flabs….i don’t want flabs……so can anyone tell me if you can go to the 24 Hour Fitness in Pearl Ridge by yourself if you’re only 13 years old? and how much does it cost? ummm…..Pearl Ridge is in Hawaii….
every center is different, so it might be best if you call the one in your area for their specific guidelines..
my daughter is 13 & our gym only allowed her to join with me.. not by herself. they are really strict about unsupervised minors using their equipment
